Griffin Management was founded with a simple belief: property management should be built on relationships, trust, and accountability. Starting in 2023 with a few homes in Bloomington, Griffin Management has since grown into a full-service property management company serving owners and residents in Lawrence, Owen, and Monroe County.
Griffin Management is locally owned and operated, meaning we are not just responsible for managing assets but helping build the community we are a part of. We understand every property owner has unique goals, every investment deserves careful stewardship, and every resident should receive professional service.
Since starting out, we have expanded our services to include leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, tenant communication, inspections, financial reporting, and day-to-day property oversight, allowing owners to enjoy the benefits of real estate investing without the stress of managing it themselves.
We take the time to know our clients, understand their goals, and make decisions with long-term relationships in mind—not short-term profits.

Donald Grifiin Jr.

Donald Griffin Jr. is a Bloomington native, real estate broker, and former Deputy Mayor of Bloomington (2021–2022) who also ran for Mayor in 2023. Serving his community with vision and integrity since 1992, Don lives by the motto of making excellence an everyday achievement. In 2003, he founded Griffin Realty to build an efficient, quality-driven company applying best practices from various industries. Today, Griffin Realty consistently ranks among Indiana’s top producers, and Don boasts over $600 million in individual lifetime sales in over 2600 transactions while continuing to serve as Broker/Owner.
Rather than acting merely as salespeople, Don and his team aim to be reliable real estate resources, empowering clients to make informed decisions when buying or selling homes. They dedicate as much time as necessary to help buyers find their dream homes. For sellers, they leverage sophisticated market analysis software and local market insights to accurately value homes and execute tailored marketing plans that maximize return on investment and exposure.

Nicolas Narducci

With experience in everything from entry level leasing positions to managing 130+ commercial multifamily portfolios, Nicolas Narducci brings a well rounded perspective to the table. He holds a degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business, and specializes in commercial multifamily investment/property management. He is Griffin Realty's in-house property manager, and is also available to represent you in the purchase or sale of your residential home or commercial investment property.

Adriann Wilson
Adriann specializes in property and HOA management, helping residential and commercial communities run smoothly while safeguarding values for homeowners and investors. A licensed Professional Engineer, she earned her Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University and her Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University. Her background in engineering and facilities oversight provides a strong foundation in infrastructure, building systems, capital planning, and long-term asset management—bringing a strategic, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to proactively supporting boards, owners, and residents.
Originally from Georgia, Adriann brings warmth and Southern hospitality to every professional relationship. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her on the softball field, exploring Bloomington’s trails, or cheering on the Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Mitra Kaviani

We’re so glad that Mitra is a part of our Griffin Realty team. Having arrived in the States in 2014 from Iran, she met Don Griffin the same year and was quickly hired to help grow business. With a B.S. in Statistics and Accounting and practical experience in the insurance business, she lends her financial expertise and and real-world-know-how to our diverse group.
“I never thought one day I would start working in real estate, but when I began working with Don and saw firsthand how he tries to help people every day, I became interested in becoming a realtor. I consider him a mentor. Don respects other cultures which makes me feel good working for him. I think he is one of the best people I know and the reason I’m in real estate.”
When not in the office quietly working away, you’ll find her reading, shopping, or baking Persian delicacies to share with friends and family.

Reynard Cross
Reynard Cross brings over three decades of operations, logistics, and financial management experience to Griffin Realty, where he serves as a Realtor and leads Griffin Management, the firm's property management division. He began his career as a military officer, advancing through fifteen years of progressive leadership roles. From there, he built a career spanning government, humanitarian, and private-sector leadership — a path that eventually brought him to Bloomington.
That breadth of experience leading complex operations under pressure, shapes how Reynard approaches his work at Griffin Realty today. His focus is property management, where he leads Griffin Management's operations with the same accountability and attention to detail that have defined his career, overseeing day-to-day management, financial oversight, and client service on behalf of property owners.
Beyond his work at Griffin, Reynard is active in the Bloomington community, serving as a Commissioner on the Bloomington Historic Preservation Commission and as a member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS® and the Indiana and National Associations of REALTORS®. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, he now calls Bloomington home. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with a focus on international development and public policy analysis, and a Master of Science in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
